JENDRALLEK

By my own strength.

SCROLL
THE BRAND

More than an app.

JENDRALLEK stands for training, nutrition, sleep and care from a single source. The four belong together in real life, so they are thought through together here. The app is the first step.

THE STANDARD

Everything works together.

The alarm works with your sleep, your training with your recovery, your nutrition with your cycle. Every feature uses what the others know.

THE FOUNDATION

You can train anywhere.

JENDRALLEK is built on calisthenics — strength training with your own body weight. The app plans your sessions, counts along and ends every session with an opponent you beat with your reps.

TWO WORLDS

BE HIM. BE HER.

Two programmes, developed separately. Men train push, pull and dips and face knights and samurai. Women train upper body, core and legs and collect the twelve zodiac signs.

NATURE

Your body is the equipment.

No animal in the forest ever needed a weight bench. It pulls itself up, it runs, it rests, it eats what grew — and everything it can do comes from that. JENDRALLEK trains the same nature in people: with your weight, your sleep, your food. Nothing you have to buy.

THE ATTITUDE

We recommend real food.

Our recommendation list holds food the way it grows. The barcode scanner rates every product with a coloured dot and explains why on request. What you eat remains your decision.

THE VISION

This is just the beginning.

The app is in open testing and grows every week. Next come the app stores, Apple Health and the Apple Watch. In the long run, JENDRALLEK is meant to be a brand whose word you can rely on.

Before that, HABITAT arrives — a second, free app: a map that shows you where the real stuff is outside. Pull-up bars and parallel bars, drinking water, farm stands, viewpoints. No account, nothing to maintain. More about it under Planned Projects.

THE SENTENCE BEHIND IT

Per me liberi.

Free through me. That is the sentence behind JENDRALLEK — and it means more than an app. It means places where people can move freely, and a company that gives something back.

Places to move

Building calisthenics parks, sports courts and playgrounds — freely accessible, where they are missing. The sport JENDRALLEK is built on needs no membership card. Neither should these places.

Places to arrive

Stays in converted freight containers — small, well thought out, and in places where you can start training right after getting up.

Real food on the go

Vending machines stocked with food that matches our recommendations — where there are usually only sweets: at sports courts, in parks, on the way.

Giving something back

A share of the revenue is meant to go into environmental projects. If you train outside, you have an interest in the outside staying worth something.

None of this is promised, and none of it has a date. But it is the direction — and it is written here so you can hold us to it.

THE DRIVE

Strong for what rests on you.

You do not get strong for other people to see — you get strong so you can carry what rests on you: people, work, your own life.

And you are not training to become enough. You already are. You train because your body is yours and you treat it well. Some days that means resting today.

Both are in the app — depending on which programme you choose.

WHAT JENDRALLEK IS

Four pillars, one name.

01

The app

Training, nutrition, sleep and care in one app. It runs in the browser today and comes to the stores next.

02

The knowledge

Clear guides to everything the app can do — here on the website and later as videos too.

03

The recommendations

Products we use ourselves, each with an honest sentence explaining why. Affiliate links are always marked as such.

04

The community

Friends, duels, shared runs and events in a protected circle. You are visible only to people you have confirmed yourself.

PRINCIPLES

What JENDRALLEK will never do.

WHO IS BEHIND IT

One person stands behind JENDRALLEK.

Leon Jendrallek builds JENDRALLEK alone: the app, this website and everything that belongs to it. The plans are public — under Planned Projects you can see what is being worked on and what comes after.
